Service Description

Not quite ready for summer? Send your kids our way for a day of yoga, and of course fun arts & crafts, dancing, games, and more. Bring lunch, snacks, and water. Yoga mats provided. If you just need one of the days, email me at Shannon@Mindfulnestyoga.com. Camp will be held indoors and outdoors at the Vienna Moose Lodge. Weather permitting, we will also take field trips to Nottoway park-directly across the street for yoga & nature hikes and exploration, so make sure to bring comfortable shoes! Children should be able to use the restroom alone, go on mini-hikes, and follow multi-step directions. 5 yogis needed for camp to take place.
