Service Description

We will reach for the sky, touch our toes, and learn poses in a way that is engaging and fun. Prepare for energizing music, yoga games, breath-work, and lots of playful movin’ and groovin’! But we will also practice relaxation techniques that will help each child feel calm, centered, and mindful at the end of each class. Your child will develop more strength, flexibility, coordination and balance-- skills that will last a lifetime!
