Join Michelle of Tinkergarten and Shannon of Mindfulnest Yoga for an awesome outdoor experience--combination of child-led nature-based learning and mindful stillness and movement.
Parents or caregivers must attend with the child, and please register each child separately. Mats will be provided. Suggested ages are 3-8 years old.
