Service Description

Since classes have been filling (yay!), I'm going to have everyone sign up in one place this time and then Carol and I will work on putting the classes together. If there is a specific day/time that you need, just send me an email at sbagniel@yahoo.com--otherwise they will be on a Tues. or Thurs. at 3:15 or 3:45. Excited for our spring session! Also, if the site says this session is full, email me so I can compile a waitlist. *Note--no class on March 31 We will reach for the sky, touch our toes, and learn poses in a way that is engaging and fun. Prepare for energizing music, yoga games, breath-work, and lots of playful movin’ and groovin’! But we will also practice relaxation techniques that will help each child feel calm, centered, and mindful at the end of each class. Your child will develop more strength, flexibility, coordination and balance--skills that will last a lifetime!
