Service Description

Mindfulnest is joining Appletree II summer camp! Each yoga session will match the current theme, and we'll continue our yoga adventures :). We will reach for the sky, touch our toes, and learn poses in a way that is engaging and fun. Prepare for energizing music, yoga games, breath-work, and lots of playful movin’ and groovin’! But we will also practice relaxation techniques that will help each child feel calm, centered, and mindful at the end of each class.
