As the hustle & bustle of autumn draws near, my goal is to create a circle of non-judgement where we can gather and use meditation, breathwork and poses t0 create peace in our daily lives. Let's learn to press pause.
Tweens & teens especially need a moment to breathe, mindfully move, and practice compassion towards themselves. I have two teens offerings:
One is indoors at BodyGrace Studio, with windows open and social distancing--mask worn until on the mat. Only ten students max.
The other is outdoors and will include a book that we read & discuss as a class in addition to a yoga flow.
So let's gather, move, listen to good music, chat, reset, grow, and take a moment just to be every week.
