What's going on at Mindfulnest?

* Present, not Perfect Yogi Girls for high schoolers begins Thursday, February 21 at Machine Performance Center. There's still room is you'd like to register and begin this Thursday, the 28th!

* You are Made of Stars Yogi Girls for middle schoolers begins Wednesday, February 27 at BodyGrace Yoga.

* Spring registration at the Vienna community center is currently open.

* Start Where You Are workshop at BodyGrace on March 10 at 6:00 p.m. RSVP to Jan at bodygrace@verizon.net.

* Summer camp registration at the Vienna community center opens March 11 (see my previous blog for details).

* Marshall Road registration closes on February 25 (classes begin that day). If you'd still like to register, contact me.

* Hold tight for Marshall Road yoga summer camp information! My camps will be the week of June 24 (K-3) and July 15 (4-rising 7).

* Spring registration at Westbriar Elementary opens at the end of this month.
