The summer days are flying by and August is around the corner...I have one more camp for you!
Shine Your Light summer camp was so much fun, and if you missed out, I'm holding a 3 day camp before school begins next month on August 17, 18, 19 from 9:30-3:30 at the Vienna Moose Lodge. Different theme, different arts & crafts, same amount of awesome, and the perfect way to round out summer with more camp memories and time away from screens.
Also, yoga registration will open August 20 at Appletree, and stay tuned for some other school yoga enrichment, as well as a Mommy & Me class and Family class.
As always, let me know if you'd like a certain class, or you think your school needs Mindfulnest Yoga as an addition to the day. I hope you have a relaxing last week of July, and I hope to see you soon!
