A little December update

The holidays are right around the corner, which is when we need yoga the most to calm our busy minds. If you are looking for some extra time to yourself on the 23rd, I have a camp for your kids! Register here by this Friday.

Also, I have a class at Cunningham Park ES beginning January 15! Register here. My Marshall Road ES classes will be open for registration after the holidays.
