What will we do?

• Glow Yoga and Zombie Yoga

• Glow painting

• Eat home-made pumpkin waffles with whipped cream (yum!)

• Halloween dance party

• Play games

• Go on a hike at Nottoway

• Create spooktacular arts & crafts

• Bootiful meditation and breathwork

• Make new friends

• Create our own Halloween playdough kit

• Zero screen time

November Day Camp (2nd & 3rd) | mindfulnest Yoga LLC

Join Mindfulnest for a day of yoga, outdoor exploration, arts & crafts, dancing, games, friend-making, silliness, and more! Let's play! We'll focus on Gratitude, do a service project, and of course, Turkey Yoga too! Camp will be held indoors and outdoors at the Vienna Moose Lodge. We will also take field trips to Nottoway park-directly across the street for yoga & nature hikes and exploration, so make sure to bring comfortable shoes! Campers should bring outdoor shoes, water, lunch, snacks, and a mat. If you don't have access to a mat, I can provide one. Children should be able to use the restroom alone, go on mini-hikes, and follow multi-step directions.
