Camps!

Happy almost February! Believe it or not, summer will be here before we know it. I have one week of camp this summer and 15 spots available, so don't wait too long to secure your yogi's spot. This year, the theme is Shine Your Light, and we'll focus on how can we shine our inner light and make the world a better place. We'll tap into our glow through movement, stillness, and art during our camp week together.


When?

July 20-24


Where?

The Vienna Moose Lodge (across from Nottoway Park)


How long?

9:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.-Monday through Friday.


Ages?

5-12


Student limit?

5 minimum, 15 maximum.


Activities?

  • Yoga, meditation, breathwork, of course.

  • Arts & Crafts focused on stars, light, all things shiny.

  • Lunchtime (bring a packed lunch).

  • Friday will be Glow-ga & Graduation (glow in the dark yoga).

  • Dancing & Games.

  • Hiking and outdoor time.

  • Movie & popcorn time on the last day (or a rainy day)

  • Each student will receive a journal that we will use during the week.

  • Bonding, laughing, friend-making, silliness and more!



In addition to summer camp, I also have two day camps on February 16 and March 20. The first one is Love Who You Are camp, where we'll focus on how to recharge and take care of our heads, hearts, and bodies so we can take those habits of self-care with us throughout life.



The second one is Marching into Spring camp, where we'll focus on new beginnings and all things spring-y. All camps are held at the Vienna Moose Lodge from 9:30-3:30 and are a great way for kids to have a screen-free day full of friends, outdoor time, arts & crafts, mindful movement, and more!
