Calling all Wolftrap Elementary Students!
Let's give love to our hearts, bodies, and minds after the school day with an abundance of movement, meditation and mindfulness. We'll learn new poses in a creative and engaging way, dance a little, explore books, learn new ideas, share our thoughts, do some crafts, and more. We will also practice relaxation techniques and calming tools that will help each yogi feel centered and ready to howl at the moon!
