I'm a little behind on starting my fall yoga classes, but here they are!
The Teen and Family yoga classes are at BodyGrace Yoga and the other classes are at the beautiful Wolftrap National Park. If you have a child at Marshall Road, I'm teaching a before school class on Tuesdays; I'll also be at Appletree II school soon!
If these classes don't work for you, and you'd like to gather a group and form a pod, just let me know; we can work together on a day/time/place! I'm also available for events, like yoga for a team or troop.
