Almost Spooky Season!

Until then, here's the latest fun happening at Mindfulnest...

Last chance to sign up for my Tuesday camp on the 23rd (no school for FCPS). We had a blast at our last one, and Tuesday's weather looks amazing again for lots of outside-time.

There's one more spot left in my class at MRES for morning yoga...can't wait for class to begin! I also have afternoon classes at Mosaic Elementary and CPES.

Classes at Appletree II have begun, but I have ONE spot left in the Green/Yellow Birds class.

Namaste & Play has also begun, but I have two spots left if you want to jump into the fun!

And I have two October day camps coming up during FCPS holidays...check them out if you need help on those days and want your kiddos off screens and moving and interacting and being creative.

And speaking of creativity, check out this fun event in October at The Grounds of Livev...my daughter and her friend will have a booth there, and I can't wait to shop around and spend time at the beautiful Grounds.
