Summer was a fun adventure, but I L🎃VE fall, and it's time to get back into my teaching routine in schools and studios. What's happening at Mindfulnest next month?

• Namaste & Play...fall edition is back at BodyGrace. The perfect opportunity to bond with your little one and wrap up the weekend with some playful yoga. Registration is open!

• Appletree II fall registration open on August 18th...classes fill quickly, so mark your calendars. They'll be listed under Appletree II Fall Yoga on my registration page.

• Marshall Road enrichment registration runs Sept. 8-17 (under Mindful Roadrunners). It's the perfect way to start the school day!

• Cunningham Park enrichment registration runs Aug. 28-Sept. 15 (under Mindful Cardinals).

• I have 4 day camps available as well during FCPS school holidays. Choose one, choose them all!
